Betty "Lynny" Jones

Betty “Lynny” Lynn Jones, 41, of Howell’s Child Care Center, New Bern died Monday, February 13, 2012, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

She is survived by her parents, Jimmy and Sherry Jones of Bayboro; and one sister, Lila Ann Collins of Hampton, Va.

A memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m., Friday, February 17, at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Stan Brown and Rev. Mike Roach officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Pamlico County Disaster Relief Coalition/United Way, PO Box 1385, New Bern, NC 28563.
