Lena Fulcher Broughton

Lena Marie Fulcher Broughton, 86, of Oriental died Thursday, May 3, 2012, at Grantsbrook Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

She was a member of New Bern Church of God.

She is survived by her son, Levy Broughton of Oriental; one sister, Sabra Elizabeth “Pinkie” Willis of New Bern; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 5, at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Salmons officiating. Interment will be in Oriental Cemetery.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society Pamlico County Relay for Life, 2202 Wrightsville Ave. Suite 111, Wilmington, NC 28403.
