Nellie Banks Norman

Nellie Banks Norman, 95, of Oriental died Friday, June 22, 2012, at Grantsbrook Nursing & Rehab Center.

She was a member of Oriental Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Bruce Edward Norman of Salter Path, Brantley Norman of Oriental and Gary Norman of New Bern; two daughters, Elsie Lupton of Oriental and Sara Jane Hardy of Oriental; 16 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, June 25, at Oriental FWB Church with the Rev. Grady Simpson officiating. Interment will follow immediately in Sandhill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
