Eva Dare Westbrook Arthur

Eva Dare Westbrook Arthur, 78, of Bridgeton died Thursday, August 16, 2012, at Bayview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

She was a member of Bethel Free Will Baptist Church in Whortonsville and attended Bridgeton Pentecostal Holiness Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Arthur.

She is survived by one stepson, Gene Arthur of Reelsboro; one brother, Gene Westbrook of Kinston; one brother-in-law, Donald R. Arthur of New Bern; four sisters, Libby Hartman of Pennsylvania, Earle Gladson of Grifton, Jackie Rouse of Grifton and Addie Harper of Burlington; three step-grandchildren, Angel Arthur Dixon and husband, Chris, of Bridgeton, Michael Arthur and wife, Brandy, of Askins and Erin Arthur Daniels and husband, Erik, of Askins; six step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 21, at Bethel Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Kenneth Dixon and the Rev. Owen Peele officiating. Interment will follow immediately in Bethel FWB Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday night at Bryant Funeral Home.
