Arliss Odell Green

Arliss Odell Green, 71, of Grantsboro died Friday, August 17, 2012 at Grantsbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He retired from PCS Phosphate and loved restoring old tractors.

He is survived by three sons, Randy Green, Ken Green and Gary Green, all of Grantsboro; one brother, Furney Banks of Grantsboro; one sister, Rosalie B. Scott of Reelsboro; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 21, at Green-Banks Cemetery on Roberts Rd. with the Rev. Riley Green officiating and military honors by the Pamlico County Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday night at Bryant Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, PO Box 5018, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5018.
