Josephine Gaskill Williams

Josephine Gaskill Williams of New Bern died Thursday, September 27, 2012.

She is survived by her son, John Williams and wife, Patty, of China Grove, NC; her daughter, Nancy Williams Pittman and husband, Tom, of Hickory, NC; sister, Elizabeth Cummings of Bayboro; and three grandchildren, Candace Williams, Mallory Garnes and husband, Joey, and Andrea Pittman Hildebrand and husband, Curtis.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 2, at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow immediately in Hollywood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12 to 1:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested making memorial contributions to a cancer society of one’s choice.
