Margaret Estelle Muse Winstead

Margaret Estelle Muse Winstead, 86, of Havelock died Monday, October 15, 2012, at Vidant of Greenville.

She was a member of Trent Free Will Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph C. Winstead, Sr.; mother, Emma Brite; son, Ralph C. Winstead, Jr; and great-grandchild, Ashlie Ormond.

She is survived by one son, David H. Winstead and wife, Janie, of Havelock; two daughters, Brenda Hale and husband, Douglas, of New Bern and Phyllis Ormond and husband, Curtis, of Merritt; 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, October 18, at Trent Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Graham Lane officiating. Interment will follow immediately in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends and relatives following the service in the church fellowship hall.
