Sarah Ann Dixon Murphy, 80, of Arapahoe died Monday, October 22, 2012, at home.
She was a member of Aversboro Road Baptist Church, Garner, NC.
She is survived by her husband, William Warren Murphy; son, Bill Hogan of Aberdeen; daughter, Sandra H. Small of Grantsboro; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 26, at Greenleaf Memorial Park Lakeside Chapel with the Rev. Penny Dollar Farmer officiating.
The family will receive friends and family at the home, 406 Phillips Dr., Arapahoe.
