Connie Baker Blackmon

Connie Baker Blackmon, 57, of Stonewall passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012, at Vidant Inpatient Hospice, Greenville.

She was a member of Stonewall United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Blackmon; her father, Alvin Baker, Sr.; and her sister, Nora Wooten.

She is survived by her daughter, Ashley B. Leaming and husband, Jason, of Aurora; her mother, Pauline Baker of Farmville; step-son, Brandon Blackmon and wife, Mary, of Yulee, Fla.; brothers, Alvin Baker of Winterville and Darryl Baker of Farmville; and two grandchildren, Mackenzie Leaming and Max Blackmon.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2012, at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Grady Burroughs officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
