Verdie Dixon Lynch

Verdie Dixon Lynch, 78, of Jacksonville, Florida formerly of Alliance died Tuesday, February 26, 2013 in Florida.

She is survived by three daughters, Karen Aley and husband, Mark, of Atlantic Beach, Fla., Lynn Duperault of St. Augustine, Fla., and Cheryl Duperault of Jacksonville, Fla; one sister, Elga Dixon Anderton and husband, George, of Alliance; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 16, at Rock of Zion OFWB Church with the Rev. Ray Lewis officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Rock of Zion OFWB Church, PO Box 381, Grantsboro, NC 28529.
