Carol Lee Jones

Carol Lee Jones, 79, of New Bern passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at home.

She was a member of Arapahoe United Methodist Church and active in Carolina Pines, LGA. He enjoyed sailing, golf and bridge.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jones.

She is survived by her son, Eric Keitz(Melinda Popham) of Annapolis, Maryland; two sisters, Barbara Ludwig and Lee Trayer, both of Pennsylvania; and two grandchildren, Elise Keitz and Marley Keitz.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 4, 2013, at Arapahoe United Methodist Church with the Rev. Penny Dollar Farmer officiating.

Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 11, 2013, at Haight Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow immediately in Lakeview Memorial Park, Sykesville, Maryland.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society, 2202 Wrightsville Ave. Suite 111, Wilmington, NC 28403.
