Ethan Alexander Shepard, 16 months, of Grantsboro died Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center.
He is survived by his parents, Brian & Brittany Burtis Shepard of Grantsboro; maternal grandparents, Bill & Kay Doty of Havelock and Sam & Margie Burtis of Grifton; maternal great-grandmother, Kirsta Trehern and husband, Bill, of Havelock; paternal grandparents, Brian & Charlotte Shepard of Arapahoe; and patrnal great-grandmother, Linda Johnson of New Bern.
A private service is planned.
In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contribtuions be made to Bryant Funeral Home, PO Box 99, Alliance, NC 28509.
