Eleanor King Jarrell

Eleanor Rae King Jarrell, of Wilmington died Monday, June 17, 2013, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCare Center.

She was a member of Wrightsboro Baptist Church. She retired from Sally’s Beauty Supply.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Jarrell; one son, Edwin Jarrell of Wilmington; one daughter, Karen J. McLain of Wilmington; brother, Lynn King of Harrells; two sisters, Elsie Smith of New Bern and Joyce Short of Castle Hayne; and four grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 20, at Wrightsboro Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Lewis officiating. Inurnment will follow immediately in Oleander Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church Thursday and Wednesday night at the home, 5628 St. Nicholas Rd., Wilmington.
