Jessie Paul Blackman

Jessie Paul Blackman. Sr., 64, of Bayboro died Sunday, June 23, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Blackman; three sons, Doug Blackman of Bath, Jessie Blackman, Jr. of Bayboro, and Charles Blackman of New Bern; one daughter, Lynann Herring of New Bern; brother, Edward Hassell of Montana; sister, Charlene Hill of Reelsboro; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m., Sunday, June 30 at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roosevelt Stokes officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives anytime at the home, 508 South Street, Bayboro.
