Maggie Anderson Toler

Maggie Anderson Toler, 87, of Grantsboro passed away Sunday, July 14, 2013 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

She was a charter member of Reelsboro Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Duffy Lincoln Toler, Sr.; her brothers, Noah Anderson, John Anderson, Jr. & Pete Anderson, Sr. and her sisters, Betty Ives, Mary Huffman, Mavis Price, Nellie Jones and Myrtle Williams.

She is survived by her son, Duffy Lincoln Toler, Jr .(Lena) of New Bern; two daughters, Peggy Hall (Rusty) of Grantsboro and Myrtie Toler of Bayboro; seven grandchildren, Duffy L. Toler III (Tiffany), Dana Leanne Hornug (Damon), Anita Brown (Richard), Karen Spruill (Al), Doug Hall (Nancy), Stephen Pipkin III (Terry) and Stephanie Pipkin; 10 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 19, at Reelsboro Christian Church with the Rev. Bob Cayton and Rev. Riley Green officiating. Interment will follow immediately in Greenleaf Memorial Park, Lakeside Chapel.

The family will receive friends and family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday night at Bryant Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Reelsboro Christian Church, PO Box 255, Grantsboro, NC 28529.
