Betty Marie Bennett Roach

Betty Marie Bennett Roach, 81, of Reelsboro passed away Monday, July 29, 2013, at home.

She was a member of Reelsboro Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by a son, Frank Roach.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Albert Roach; two sons, Dennis Roach and wife, Sarah, of Holly Springs and Scott Roach and wife, Sue, of Raleigh; one daughter, Patricia Mills and husband, Danny, of New Bern; brother, George Bennett of Stonewall; sister, Chaley Evans of Jacksonville, Ala; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 31, at Reelsboro Christian Church with Dr. Bob Cayton and the Rev. Riley Green officiating. Interment will follow immediately in Sandhill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends and family one hour prior to the service at the church in the fellowship hall.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Craven County Hospice & Home Health, PO Drawer 12610, New Bern, NC 28561.
