Ollie "Estelle" Oakley Holton

Ollie “Estelle” Oakley Holton, 91, of Grantsboro died Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at Grantsbrook Nursing & Rehab Center.

She was a member of Saint’s Delight FWB Church. She worked with Sagner Sewing Company and later in life enjoyed quilting with the ladies of Saint’s Delight Church.

She is survived by three sons, Orville Paul Holton of Vanceboro, Roy Earl Holton of New Bern, and Brian Keith Holton of Merritt; adopted son, Roy Earl Holton, Jr. of New Bern; two daughters, Tina H. Ipock of Ernul and Penny H. Welch of Ernul; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 10, at The Lakeside Chapel in Greenleaf Memorial Park with the Rev. Kenneth Dixon officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening at Saint’s Delight FWB Church and at other times at the home of Roy E. Holton, 2315 Center Ave, New Bern.
