Clyde Watson Brinson
July 23, 1926 — March 8, 2014
Clyde Watson Brinson, 87, of Grantsboro passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Grantsbrook Nursing & Rehab Center.
He was a member of Rock of Zion Free Will Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Reba Lee Brinson.
He is survived by one son, Tony W. Brinson and wife, Dreama, of Grantsboro; two daughters, Rhonda B. Spencer and husband, Kirby, of New Bern and Lorraine G. Brinson of Jacksonville; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
His funeral will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ray Lewis officiating. Interment will be in Grantsboro Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and at other times at the home of his son, Tony, 815 Old Bay River Rd., Grantsboro.
