Mary Williams Caraway

Mary Emma Williams Caraway, 86, of Florence passed away Thursday, April 17, 2014, at home. She was born January 11, 1928, daughter of the late Noah & Lela Williams.

Mrs. Caraway was a member of Concord Christian Church. She was a loving and giving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by two sons, Richard Caraway and wife, Teresa, and Sherwood Caraway and wife, Delphia; two daughters, Patricia Johnson and Hilda Caraway; eight grandchildren, Sherry Johnson, Don Johnson, Jr., Carrie Johnson, Richard Caraway, Jr., Matthew Caraway, Jeromy Hudgins, Amber Caraway Spain, and Lisa Caraway; 11 great-grandchildren, Adam Sanders, Joshua Sanders, Sarah Sanders, Britany Morgan, Lindsey Johnson, Daniel Johnson, Jaidyn Johnson, Devon Stewart, Olivia Caraway, Emma Spain and step-great-grandchild, Morgan Spain ; seven great-great grandchildren, Tristen Sanders, Natalie Sanders, Tegan Sanders, Hayden Morgan, Kyndall Morgan, Caleb Ward, and Carter Johnson.

Her funeral will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 22 ^nd at Concord Christian Church with Dr. Robert Cayton officiating. Interment will follow immediately in Concord Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday night at Bryant Funeral Home.
