Jackie Darrell Centers, Sr.

Jackie Darrell Centers Sr., 66, of Ernul died Thursday, April 24, 2014 at home.

He was a member of the VFW and retired from U.S.M.C. Air Station, Cherry Point as an aviation mechanic.

He is survived by his son, Jackie Centers, Jr. of Ernul; his daughter, Tammy Toler of Ernul; three sisters, Caroleen Cuthrell of Grantsboro, Rosella Nelson of Pollocksville, and Patricia Whittaker of Maysville; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.

His funeral will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, April 26 ^th at the Lakeside Chapel in Greenleaf Memorial Park with the Rev. Wesley Taylor officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Friday, April 25 at Bryant Funeral Home.
