Gary L. Griffin, 60, of Aurora died Friday, June 6, 2014, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, of nearly 37 years, Lois Ireland Griffin; his mother, Irene Griffin of Bayboro; his daughter, Trudy Griffin Willis of Blounts Creek; his son, Anthony Griffin of Willow Springs; brother, Stanley Dean Griffin of Troy; and four grandchildren.
His memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 10, at Dublin Grove Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Earl Sadler, Jr. officiating.
The family will receive friends anytime at the home.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that memorial contributions be made to Bryant Funeral Home, PO Box 99, Alliance, NC 28509.
