James Malcolm Flowers

James Malcolm Flowers, 79, of Hobucken, died Saturday, February 28, 2015, at home.

He retired from the U.S. Air Force and NADEP at Cherry Point. He was loved by all that knew him and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife, Glennie Gaskill Flowers; son, James M. Flowers Jr.; daughter, Julie Oeltjen; step-sons, Daniel Malone and Michael Malone; and step-daughter, Kandy Lewis; three brothers, Merle Flowers of Fernley, NV, Ira Lynwood Flowers of Bayview, NC and Douglas Flowers of Arapahoe; two sisters, Faye Robbins and Annette West, both of New Bern; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
