William Troy Paul

William Troy Paul, 18, my precious boy, of Alliance, passed away, Friday, May 29, 2015 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

He was a graduate of Pamlico County High School, he loved making videos and he taught himself to play many musical instruments and also enjoyed art and hanging out with his friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, William “Tuggy” Paul and his maternal grandparents, Foster and Pauline Watts and two uncles, Troy and Wesley Watts.

He is survived by his mother, Roxanne Watts; two uncles, David Paul and wife, Jennifer, of Merritt, Foster “Babe” Watts and wife, Debra of Bayboro; two cousins, Katie Paul Hardison and Macy Watts, both of Alliance; his paternal grandparents, Billy and Vickie Paul of Alliance; extended family; and many other friends.

His funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, June 2 at Pamlico County High School Auditorium with the Rev. Billy Hacker officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the auditorium and at other times at 201 Harper Rd., Bayboro.

Graveside services will be Wednesday at 10:00 AM at Cowell Cemetery.
