Judith Wilkerson Avery

Judith “Judy” Wilkerson Avery, 53, of New Bern, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

She was an over the road long-haul truck driver with her husband and a Navy wife for 21 years.

She is survived by her father, Elwood Wilkerson and step mother, Joan Viola Wilkerson of Obrien, Florida; Her husband, Steven Keith Avery of the home; three sons, Justin Perry Avery of New Bern, Christopher Brian Avery of Pennsylvania, Sean Michael Avery of New Bern; one brother, Scotty Wilkerson, a half- brother, Keith Tillis; a step- sister, Terri Hartzog all of Florida and three grandchildren.
