Danny Charles Day

Danny Charles Day, 66, of Jacksonville formerly of Florence, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015, at Lighthouse Village in Jacksonville.
He was a member of Concord Christian Church.
He is survived by his mother, Mary P. Day of Florence; son, Darren Day of Greenville; daughter, Dannett Day Boyd and husband, Jeremy, of Arapahoe; brothers and sister, Kelly P. Day, Anna Maria Author and Herman R. Day, all of Florence; and six grandchildren, Drake, Ryan and Noah Day, Sidney and Shelby Williford and Luke Boyd.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m., Friday, July 17th at Concord Memorial Gardens with Pastor Dwayne Boyd officiating.
The family will receive friends anytime at his mother’s home in Florence.
In lieu of flowers the family requested memorial contributions be made to Bryant Funeral Home, PO Box 99, Alliance, NC 28509.
