Bobby Wayne Corey

Bobby Wayne Corey, 71, of Vanceboro passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

He retired from Thompson Caterpillar in 2009.

He is survived by his children, Robert W. Corey and wife, Joyce, of New Bern, Scott Corey and wife, Ellen, of New Bern, Melinda Corey Elks of Vanceboro, and Chad Corey and Lisa Simms of New Bern; brother, James Corey of West Virginia; seven grandchildren, Teri Corey King, Jason Corey and wife, Emily, Jason Martin, Tyler Corey, Nathan Elks, Cameron Corey and Emily Elks; and two great-grandchildren, Ayjay King and Collins Rae Corey.

Private services will be held at a later date.
