Carol Lee Oxyer, 72, of Alliance died February 12, 2016, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
She is survived by three sons, Darrel Oxyer of Alliance, Craig Edward Oxyer and Blaine S. Oxyer, both of Baltimore, Maryland; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
