Lila Brinson Hunnings

Lila Brinson Hunnings, 91, of Grantsboro went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, July 2, 2016.

As long as her health allowed she attended Bridgeton Pentecostal Holiness Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Hunnings; daughters, Cheryl Phillips and Janet Rahamut; and son, Ronald Hunnings.

She is survived by her son, Larry Hunnings and wife, Sandy, of Grantsboro; daughters, Sandra Lewis and Karen Hunnings, both of Ernul; sisters, Wilma Bennett of California and Elaine Charles of Ashville; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 7th at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Dixon officiating. Interment will be in Greenleaf Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
