John Robert Gordon

John “Jack” Robert Gordon 68, of New Bern, NC, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, August 30th, 2016. He was a popular and revered high school math teacher for 40 years as well as a dedicated track, wrestling, and golf coach in Morristown, NJ. He was an avid golfer and club champion at multiple clubs. He will greatly missed by his friends and family.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Sue Gordon; one son, Jeffrey Ryan Gordon and wife Kathleen of Langhorne, PA; one stepson, Buddy Ramsey of Benita Springs, FL; and one stepdaughter, Christine Ramsey of Holly Springs, NC.
A celebration of h9is life will be held from 2-5PM on Saturday, September 3rd 2016, at Taberna Golf and Country Club.
