Marie Chambers Vinsant
August 2, 1917 — October 30, 2016
Marie Chambers Vinsant, 99, of New Bern passed away, Sunday, October 30, 2016, at home.
As a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church she was a Sunday School Teacher, played the piano and was a member of the choir.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edgar Vinsant.
She is survived by her daughter, Lynn McBride and husband, Ken, of New Bern; brothers, Fred Chambers of Chesapeake, Virginia and George Chambers of Illinois; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 2nd at Greenleaf Memorial Park Lakeside Chapel with the Rev. Mike Barnhill officiating.
