William “Willie” Riley Baxter, 49, of Merritt passed away Monday, November 21, 2016, at home.
He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Spain Baxter of Merritt; sister, Ann Miller and husband, Chris, of West Virginia; brother, George Baxter of Merritt; nephew, George “Buddy” Baxter III; and nieces, Ann Marie Conner, Brandy Lynn Baxter, Mary A. Carter and Jennifer R. Lee.
Those wishing to speak with the family may do so at the home, 78 Trent Rd., Merritt, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday, November 25th.
