Steward Oscar Nichols

Steward Oscar Nichols, 89, of Oriental passed away Friday, December 30, 2016, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Nichols; son, Steven Wayne Nichols of Maryland; daughters, Donna Kay Nichols of Florida, Michelle E. Nichols of Pennsylvania, Misty Fussell of Rose Hill, NC and Mary E. Nichols of Oriental; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

His memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, January 3rd at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Grady Burroughs officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
