Kimberly Dawn Meekins

Kimberly Dawn Meekins, 22, of Bayboro passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017.

She attended Goose Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church. Kimberly was a loving person, she always had a smile for everyone and never a complaint. She attended the Governor Morehead School for the Blind in Raleigh.

She is survived by her parents, James “Jimmy” & Tina Meekins; brother, Landen Meekins; maternal grandparents, Kelly & Cathy Day; grandfather, Dennis Price; aunts and uncles, Michael & Cindy Day, Barbara & Jerry Price and Brenda & Tommy Bennett; and numerous cousins.

Her graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 2nd at Paul Cemetery, Silver Hill with the Rev. Cindy Midyette officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday evening at Bryant Funeral Home and at other times at her parent’s home, 152 Paul Farm Rd., Grantsboro.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Bryant Funeral Home, PO Box 99, Alliance, NC 28509.
