Nancy Pickles

Nancy Pickles, 67, of Bayboro passed away Friday, February 17, 2017, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

She was a member of Bayboro United Methodist Church.

Nancy worked with the P.C. school system as the librarian for many years then retired from Pamlico County Correctional Facility. She was an avid baseball fan and loved the Orioles. She enjoyed playing the piano, all things hummingbirds and her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis & Velma Pickles.

She is survived by her son, Ellis Pickles and fiancée, Alyssa Chase of New Bern; grandchild, Evelyn Chase; and cousins, Trudy Pickles Cleere of Bayboro and Claudia Meeks of Goldsboro.

Her memorial service will be held, 6 p.m., Thursday, February 23rd at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Cauley officiating.
