Albert “Windley” Ipock, Sr., 81, of Bridgeton passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
He was a member of St’s Delight FWB Church, retired from US Navy as a Sea Bee and then retired from Civil Service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Geneva Ipock and son, Albert Windley Ipock, Jr.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mary Ann Rowe Ipock; one daughter, Donna Ipock Tippett (Gaddis) of Trent Woods; two sisters, Marjorie Rowe of New Bern and Shelby Jean Oliver of Vanceboro; three grandchildren, Scotty Warren, Jeff Warren (Nicole) and Emily Warren.
His graveside service with military honors will be held 11:00 AM Friday, March 3rd at New Bern National Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Williams officiating.
The family will receive friends at the home and following the service at 178 West Pine St., Bridgeton.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
