Rebecca Collins Fornes

Rebecca Collins Fornes, 44, of Grantsboro passed away Friday, June 30, 2017, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

She is survived by her parents, Dennis & Lola Fornes; sons, Jacob, Lucas and Jaylen Fornes; brother, Jonathan Fornes and wife, Katie; nieces, Ashley and Allison Fornes; and nephew, Jackson Fornes.

Her funeral will be held 11 a.m., Monday, July 3rd at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Roach and Rev. Grady Burroughs officiating. Interment will follow immediately in Goose Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Flowers are welcomed or memorial contributions may be made to either Pamlico Rescue or Sheriff’s Department or a charity of one’s choice.
