John Peter Schmidt

John Peter Schmidt, 66, of Grantsboro passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at Crystal Coast Hospice House.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Patrick Schmidt and sister, Donna Bridges.

He is survived by his son, Johnny Schmidt of Grantsboro; daughters, Elena Schmidt of Tennessee, Lacey Schmidt of Anderson, SC, and Ali Schmidt of Charleston, SC; brothers, Michael Schmidt and David Schmidt, both of Grantsboro; sister, Kathy Pfannenstiel of Grantsboro; and nine grandchildren.

A private service will be held at a later date.
