Albert “Rusty” Kenneth Moore, Sr., 86, of Grantsboro passed away Friday, August 25, 2023, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
Mr. Rusty is a member of New Bethlehem Free Will Baptist Church, a retired U.S. Army veteran and retired from Bosch Home Appliances.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Judson and Etta Moore; wife, Dorothy Roberts Moore; infant daughter, Wendy Sue Moore; and numerous brothers and sisters.
He is survived by two sons, Albert “Toby” K. Moore, Jr. (Alesia) and Kirby Moore (Lori); brother, Bill Moore; sisters, Ella Mallard and Edith Littleton; and two grandsons, Joseph “Joey” Alan Moore and Kenneth “Kenny” E. Moore.
His funeral will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 31st at Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ashley Trogdon officiating. Interment will be in Greenleaf Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
