Anita Fusari Willis, 82, of Grantsboro, passed away Monday, October 13, 2025, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
A resident of the Goose Creek community, Anita was a faithful member of Goose Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church, where she loved worshiping with her church family. She retired from Grantsbrook Nursing & Rehabilitation Center after 18 years of dedicated service.
Anita found great joy in tending to her yard and flower beds, where she spent many peaceful hours surrounded by the beauty she created.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Imogene Fusari; her husband, Bruce L. Willis; and daughter, Robin Willis.
She is survived by two sons, Robert Willis (Wanda) and Brian Willis (Judy); daughter, Stacy Rice (Stephen); five grandchildren, Christopher Grose (Jessica), Stephanie Walker (Steven), Trisha Willis (TJ), Kelley Newman (Kenneth), and Anna McCollum (Adam); and eight great-grandchildren, Preston, Erin, Billie Rae, Riley, Emerson, Oliver, Everett, and Carson, all of whom she loved dearly and who will cherish her memory.
A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17th, at Goose Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Cindy Midyette officiating. Interment will follow immediately in Cayton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
