Barbara Ann Lewis Roelle, 76, of Aurora passed away Sunday, October 8, 2023, at home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Ann Toler Lewis and Bryan Lewis; brothers, Alton Lewis, Sr. and Donald Lewis; sister, Bertha Rowe; and daughter, Jo Ann Storey.

She is survived by her spouse, Nikki Glenn Roelle; siblings, Esther Haynes, Ethel Newman, Garland Lewis, Helen Fleming, Hazel Caroon, and Danny Lewis; children, Wendy Dixon (Larry) and Tuesday Lowe (Tommy); grandchildren, Dawn, Pamela, Alisa, Jeffrey, and Summer; five great-grandchildren; and many, many nieces and nephews.

Her memorial service will be held 3:30 p.m., Thursday, October 12th at Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 3-3:30 p.m. prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions to Pamlico Co. Salvation Army or Goodwill.
