Benjamin Jerome Sawyer

Benjamin Jerome “B.J.” Sawyer, 75, of Reelsboro passed away Monday, October 22, 2018, at home.

B.J. was a quiet man and felt things deeply. He was loved by many family members. He was retired from Weyerhaeuser and enjoyed many friendships while he was there. These friendships lasted throughout his retirement. B.J. will be missed by all!

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry & Mabel Sawyer and brothers, Linwood Potter, Bobby Potter and Carroll Sawyer.

He is survived by his son, Stephen Sawyer; daughter, Billie Jo Garris; sisters, Sandra S. (Mike) Powers and Janice S. (Miles) Shorey; several grandchildren; many nieces & nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

His graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 26 ^th at Oriental Cemetery with military honors.
