Benny Dale Scott
September 14, 1954 — March 2, 2025
Benny Dale Scott, age 70, of Pamlico County, NC, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2025.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Hubert and Lydia Ensley Scott, and his brother, Charles Scott. He is survived by his son, Travis and Stephanie Scott, and granddaughter, Rylee. He was a lifelong outdoorsman, storyteller, and skilled woodworker, best known for his cabinetry work.
In honor of Benny’s infamous storytelling, a Celebration of Life and Remembrance Service to share your cherished stories will be held at New Bethlehem Free Will Baptist Church in Grantsboro, NC on March 22, 2025, at 11am.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to New Bethlehem Free Will Baptist Church in memory of Benny Scott.
