Billy Ray Manning

Billy Ray Manning, 53, of Reelsboro, passed away Monday, June 10, 2024, at home.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Joel and Fay Manning and his son, Joel Kelly Manning.

Those remaining to cherish his memory are his daughter, Brook Geligoff (Jonah); sister, Gloria Mitchell (Keith); and granddaughter, Maddison Geligoff.

Billy wouldn’t want anyone to cry over his passing or sit through a service; therefore, his daughter has decided to honor his wishes. In the future she will plan a celebration of his peace by raising a glass with dear friends and family at his beloved place, Dawson’s Creek.
