Carl Vincent Williamson

Carl Williamson of Bayboro, NC went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

Carl was born in upstate New York on July 5, 1973, and was the son of Patricia Doremus Wilkinson of New York and Vincent Williamson of VT. He was the brother of Stacy, Tammy, and Scott of New York. Nephew (but felt more like a son) of Ed and Rose Wilkinson of Arapahoe, NC. He was also very close friends of Curtis Hill and Robbie and Wendy Jones and many others at the church. Carl also cherished his canine companion and best friend, Roxie. She was his “child”. He was predeceased by his two other canine “kids” Goober and JB.

Carl moved to North Carolina in 2020. He was a general contractor who could fix or build anything, but his greatest accomplishment was the building of his relationship with Jesus Christ.

Carl was a member of the Reelsboro PH Church and attended church regularly. He had a hunger for the Word of God and tried to learn all he could.

Carl was a kind and gentle person who would do anything for anyone. Very rarely if ever would Carl say no to someone in need. He touched many with his giving ways, big heart and ever-present smile.

Carl enjoyed fishing and fellowshipping with people at the church and family.

Carl, you will truly be missed but will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 12th, 2024, at 11:00 am with a Memorial service to follow at Reelsboro PH Church with Rev. Alan Woodard, Rev. Curtis Hill and Rev. Rose Wilkinson officiating.
