Carolyn Ann Spain Baxter

Carolyn Ann Spain Baxter, 85, of Merritt, passed away Friday, January 20, 2023, at home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Baxter; son, Willie Baxter; and brother, William Spain.

She is survived by her son, George Baxter, Jr.; daughter, Ann Miller and husband, Chris; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 23 ^rd at her home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to either Pamlico County Rescue, PO Box 302, Bayboro, NC 28515 or Hospice of Pamlico, PO Box 6, Bayboro, NC 28515.
