Carolyn Barnes Godwin

Carolyn Lucille Barnes Godwin, 66, of Cash Corner passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at Grantsbrook Nursing & Rehab Center.

She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Hugh “Buddy” Godwin Jr.; sons, Christopher (Candie) & Stephen (Debbie) Voliva, both of Vandemere; three step-children, Troy, Timmy & Tonya Godwin, all of Reelsboro; and brother, Glenn Barnes of Cash Corner.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 2 ^nd at Maranatha Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack Wolk and Rev. Ray Griffin officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives immediately following the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Bryant Funeral Home, PO Box 99, Alliance, NC 28509.
