Chandler Wray Hartwig

Chandler Wray Hartwig, 19, of Arapahoe passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at home.

He is an active member of Arapahoe FWB Church and active in his community. He is a 2018 Pamlico County High School Graduate where he was a member of the ROTC for four years.

He was preceded in death by his father, David Hartwig.

He is survived by his mother, Cynthia Hartwig; brothers, Austin and Kennith Hartwig; sisters, Klirissa Ormond and Kristyana Hartwig; nephew, Ryan Ormond; paternal grandmother, Bennie Sue Hartwig; maternal grandfather, William Veith; and maternal grandmother, Gabriele Veith.

A public memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to The American Cancer Society, 2202 Wrightsville Ave. Suite 111, Wilmington, NC 28403.
