Charles “Charlie” William Edwards, 78, of Mesquite, Nevada passed away Monday, June 5, 2023, at St. George Regional Hospital in St. George, Utah.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Cliff Edwards; sister, Ruth Smith; and first wife, Sandy Edwards.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Sherron Edwards of the home; son, Carlos Edwards and wife, Laura, of Sandy, Utah; and his service dog, Zelda.

His graveside service with military honors will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 12th at Greenleaf Memorial Park, New Bern with the Rev. Owen Peele officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, June 11th at Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home. To honor Charlie's wishes, please wear casual attire to both services.
