Christine Sadler Carter

Christine Sadler Carter, 76, passed away July 6, 2023, at her home in Silver Hill.

Christine was preceded in death by her parents, Wright and Dorothy Sadler.

She is survived by her son, Fred Sadler; her grandchildren, Crystal Sadler and Fred Sadler, Jr. (fiancé, Nicole); and her three great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Sierra, and Eden.

She also leaves behind her faithful and loving companion, Roscoe, who will miss his walks with her and lap time in the recliner.

Christine was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was a devout Christian and was a member of Grantsboro Church of God. She read her Bible everyday and took great joy in relaxing with a Bible verse coloring book.

She lived a good life and enjoyed doing just about anything outside. She didn’t know a stranger, and loved talking about her dog, Roscoe.

Her memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, July 13th at Grantsboro Church of God with Pastor Drew Guthrie officiating.
