David Thomas Leary

David Thomas Leary, 52, passed Wednesday, October 10 ^th , 2018, surrounded by loved ones at his home in Camp Jo Jane.

He is reunited with his late father, TG Leary; survived by wife, Helen; mother, Janet; brother, Mark (with wife, Susan, and their children, Emma, Nathan & Grant); brother, Keith; stepchildren, Karla and Pete; grandchildren, Grace, Meg, Annie, Mitchell, Ben, Luke, Madison, and Ella; and devoted dog, Dozer.

David was a loyal friend, always finding a solution to the problem, offering help, without asking for anything in return. He was a reliable worker of 24 years at Martin Marietta in New Bern, NC, retiring as plant foreman and was a lifelong resident of Pamlico County.

A visitation for friends and family will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, October 12 ^th at Bryant Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, October 13 ^th at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Farmer officiating.  Interment will follow immediately in Sandhill Cemetery.
